"Hotel was fine parking lot was pathetic."

Breakfast was fine. Staff was fine. Nice room

It snowed 5 inches and you didn't plow the parking lot. Ran over 2 curbs because you didn't plow. Totally unacceptable. Can't believe you haven't caused an injury to someone yet. Even the next day the lot was bad. Doesn't the manager watch the weather channel?

We did not eat breakfast, I was there for a biopsy early the next morning. Love the location next to hospital.

We went to bed around 930pm. There was loud noises coming from beside us or on top of our floor. It sounded like they were remodeling a room. Pounding, banging, music, etc.. We thought it would die down after 10, but nope at 3:15am the next morning it finally got to where we could tolerate it. So dissappointed to pay that much for a room and have such a horriable experience, especially since surgery was in a few hours. When I checked in, the lady wanted me to pay and I told her it was already paid. She said that was just to hold it. So needless to say, my daughter had to go back and try to get that straightened out after my surgery. It was a diffferent lady and she said it is fixed. I will have to watch my statements closely and make sure.

Everything was normal except that I was headed to the pool when the manager said it's closed because he can't see the bottom. The gym was to close for comfort even with only 2 people in it. Breakfast was well organized and very good. I thought I was getting the run of the meal eggs but they were actually delicious.
