"Shabby experience"

This property doesn’t come close to living up to brand standards. We needed an accessible room because I have mobility limits; although I do not use a wheelchair, I really need an accessible shower and a toilet that I can get up from (standard toilets are too low for me and lack grab bars). Well… we got an accessible room, although it lacked a fridge and microwave. Apparently, steam in the pool area set off the fire alarm system, activating strobe lights in our room that, according to management, may or may not be turned off by the time we were ready for bed. Since they couldn’t guarantee we wouldn’t be kept up all night by flashing lights, we were moved to another room — not accesible, with a toilet the size and height of a child’s potty chair. Not only that…the ice machine did not work…the ice bucket handle was cracked…and the property as a whole is shabby, from the hole-filled parking lot to the ratty carpet to the dark, depressing decor. Hampton customers have a right to expect better.

"Not worth the money"

My room is really old and outdated its room 244 and it smells like mildew. The breakfast was terrible limited to only eggs and biscuits and gravy. Kitchen staff was rude.
