Location is the primary reason for staying there.

The lobby and especially the furniture can use some serious cleaning. Cushions are stained and unappealing. Most staff were kind, but at times we waited and waited as there was no one available at the front desk.

"No surprises, a solid and professional meat-and-potatoes hotel"

Solid hotel if you are visiting the university, for example. I was able to walk to campus for my appointments no problem! Room was big and very clean and the staff were super friendly!

The soundproofing of the room was good, but you still heard lots of creaking from the room above. Also, the gym was OK but pretty tiny: Only four cardio machines and no weights. There's also a pool but I didn't try it. I was at the hotel during the week, but the gym was not busy at all.
