location was great. The main quad for UIUC was ten-fifteen minute walk. The staff was very nice. I was able to leave my car in the lot after 11am checkout and come get it after the football game. I also appreciated a spacious parking lot.

I tried to call the main desk from Chicago. Got about five different algos or machines to talk to before getting connected. When people want to call, let them call. Make it easy to call the location! Also….blind in our room was broken. Stuck in the down position.
