Caution! I was stolen by hotel staff. A group of friends and I stayed at the hotel for 2 days. Upon arrival, staff gave me the key to the safety box in the room, saying that the code didn't work. I left 20,000 pesos and my passport inside. The next afternoon, upon checking, I found only 16,000 pesos. I couldn't have made a mistake because I exchanged 30,000 pesos at the airport. I know how much I spent over the two days, I didn't consume alcohol, and I didn't have any unauthorized guests in the room. I reported it to the manager, who promised to check the CCTV footage. After a few days, I received a letter stating that the footage showed no hotel staff entering my room. I am 100% sure that I was stolen by a staff member, either by using the code or a duplicate key. The manager's response regarding the video footage suggests that either the theft was carried out very professionally, or the management decided to conceal the crime.

Very good for the price! People very friendly and welcoming. Clean room and bathroom, lovely shower.

Little noisy but it’s right near the city so expected

It was so clean, something i didnt expect for an affordable hotel in the heart of the city.

Just had trouble carrying my luggage downstairs cause theres no elevator. They have staff to help me but since i had to check out early for an early flight, i brought my luggage down myself . The hot shower is bit cooler to want I wanted. Checking in was smooth I had help.

staff was sweet and location convenient, more quiet than rest of the bar scene in poblacion but walls thin so can still hear the outside noise. location convenient for what I needed and good for just a one night stay which is what I needed

bathroom was clogged before we came in so think that should have been checked before when the room got cleaned. they were pretty fast to get it fixed though

Staff were really friendly and helpful, great location, room was amazing and even had working Netflix and Apple TV to cast movies on to
