Loved the location and the design of the building. Very good value for money. Modern and comfortable room.

Nothing to complain about.

It was a really good stay: nice, clean room ehich Had Netflix and a load of options on the TV which was cool. Beds were grand, it's in a nice area too and easy accessible to most places you'd want to go to.

WiFi was really bad, and had multiple different passwords which was just confusing. What worked for me, didn't for my boyfriend despite being the same one and connection was really poor. Room was pretty small, loud outside a lot

so near bars, cafes, restaurants, and party places

no lift

the fantastic location. The hotel is very clean and the facilities are as in the photos.

The walls were poorly insulated and you could hear a lot of street noise. The hotel is next to a police station and the sirens can be heard at night.

Jasmine, Chris & Cathy were excellent. Always helpful. Jasmine guided me with printouts to visit the Intramuros. Chris even took me to the ferry station all the way. Cathy was at her best, when I see them off.
