Clean & cute, good wifi & netflix, good security & facilities.

Its hard to get ehailing & hard to find halal food.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean with strong air conditioning and the location was quiet despite it being near to Burgos Street, which had a lot of eating and nightlife establishments.

The hot water shower didn't seem to work very well, or perhaps I was not using it correctly. It is also a fair distance away from the nearest metro station.

Good location, really nice staff. Rooms are clean and have quiet ac plus hot water in shower. Comfy bed. Will book again!

Size of the room was small but big enough. Good size bathroom (no wet toiletseat)

Even though the room was a little small, it was designed to be very comfortable. I liked how the bathroom was partitioned, and it felt very spacious inside. Everything was good

Nothing..

There was no water the day I arrived. No shower, no washing hands… no solution was proposed by the staff. Even though is locate in Makati, the block neighbohood is awful. The rooms are not soundproof… you hear every scream in the streets… they scream a lot..

The location was near the police station so I felt especially safe.

For the sake of your staff and future guests, please consider installing an AC in the lobby! It can get very hot in the daytime. Would also suggest providing a small bar of soap for handwashing.
