Has to be moved rooms no yv working in rooms no Internet working. Lights not working

Things could of worked in first room i second room light never worked. Tap in bathroom wouldn't turn full off but the cleaner who was working was lovely

"Terrible experience"

Nothing, it was so bad I didn't stay in the room.

This place should be shut down, it is outrageous. The room was different than we booked, much much worse. It was like an abandoned ruin, the smell was terrible - mix of mustiness and alcohol. We didn't stay.

Close to town centre ish

Very disheveled and badly in need of renovation. TV did not work, carpet and bathroom was dirty

Nothing.

The place is a dump. No staff on site, carpet was filthy, light flickered constantly and lamp didn't work when plugged in next to the bed and had to be moved. The bathroom was awful, no skirting, signs of damp and very poor water flow. No WiFi code available. Curtain detached from runner when I tried closing them and they didn't meet in the middle.
