Room very shabby, smelt of smoke, carpet and blanket on bed were not well cleaned. There was only one small towel provided. Not enough for a bath or shower. The only working light was in the hallway - the bedside light didn't work at all and ceiling light flashing on and off constantly. The television had extremely poor reception and wasn't even tuned in to BBC. No sign of any staff at reception.

Staff were really helpful, room was cleaned and bed made nicely everyday, loved the biscuits and tea/ coffee provisions. Location is ok, restaurants are ok with really friendly service.

The internet wasn't working in the room I was in.

The location is bad..there was no reception or personal interaction no breakfast facility..very poor arrangment

The room was substandard the carpet was very dusty i coughed the whole nite. The towels and linen were something else

All the necessities: teas and coffees, thick curtains, and an iron.

Felt grubby and worn out. Stairs very steep and narrow treads. Can't see how this is even a 2/3 star , certainly not 4!
