Tortuga Village

We had such a wonderful time during our stay at Tortuga Village. The staff were extremely friendly, the bungalow so super clean and so cute and we had easy access to both the pool and the gym. Since there are a limited number of bungalows in the village, it never felt too busy or overwhelming. All of the staff were so friendly and more than happy to help with any requests. The food was delicious, and I highly recommend grabbing a mojito at their tiki bar and hanging out on the beach.

I just stayed 4 nights at this hotel and it was a great experience. The cabaña was clean, spacious and had an amazing view even if it was a bit more in the back. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, whatever you needed they would provide it. It wasn't a cheap stay, but every cent was worth it. Definitely would go back!

Great place to relax. Nice beach location Staff were great and friendly. More food choices will be great but overall we enjoyed our stay.

Los bungalows aereos y pocos huespedes hacen el lugar mas acogedor y diferente.

Check-in was not as expected, our room was not ready, the staff was not helpful with the exception of a server/waiter who went above-and beyond. Breakfast is served too late and no one told us where and how to get the breakfast, we left without eating breakfast, on our way out we saw that other guests were having breakfast. Not the service we expected from a such a nice place.

Everything was ok room smelled bad, pool was alright not much to choose from with the food good staff was friendly to expensive for what it’s worth they made me get another bungalow since we had 5 people they said only 2 per room and said breakfast was included but didn’t explain only 2 per room so we had to pay extra for additional breakfast since we had 5 people I would not come back again

El personal muy amable, el lugar tal cual lo describe su sitio, cómodo, con todo lo necesario, una vista preciosa, la piscina al pie de tu terraza, volveremos sin duda. Lo único que nadie comenta es que los búngalos se mueven por el tipo de construcción, se puede sentir como si estuviera temblando.
