It was close to the outlets and within 10 minutes of the park

It seemed dirty in the rooms, outlets were very loose, ac was old and very noisy as if it was going to break. House keeping also just barged in without knocking first

Very good breakfast; room was basic but clean; bed was comfortable; hotel was quiet; great location; nicely priced; great communication from hotel to us;

Decor was basic, but I'd rather have that than some of the outrageous prices of other hotels.

Location

The shower had not been cleaned, I had to buy bleach cleaner before allowing my children to shower, the carpet had multiple tears, shower curtain didn’t fit properly so water went on the floor(probably the only way the floor gets cleaned), and a chapstick that did not belong to us flew out of the blanket when we pulled it back to go to bed. If I wasn’t too tired to drive I would have checked out and drove 4 hours home. Worst hotel experience I have had by far.
