"Shower wasn’t working and they couldn’t care less"

The property was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The shower was unusable. It was a handicap accessible shower. The shower head was broken. There was more water coming out of the connection between the hose and the shower head than out of the top. The shower curtain was short so water was coming out of the connection and spraying out into the bathroom. I called the front desk at 1030 to advise the and no one answered. I told the desk in the morning on the way out and all they said is I will leave a note for maintenance.

The location one of the best

We had a problem with the door key. It would not always unlock the door with ease.
