Was nothing like the pictures. Rooms very outdated. Tv didn’t work. Shower got super hot and cold. I had no chair at the desk. The carpet wasn’t clean. And there was nasty stains on the curtains.

The location was great and it was clean.

The breakfast offered could have been better.

Aesthetics, very dated, run down feel. Breakfast staff seemed annoyed at questions or being disturbed from her cellphone.

The bathroom has sheet rock falling over the shower and was stained from a leak and also had mold! There was a hole in the wall beside sink area that had mold in it as well and was just not a comfy feeling with having my wife and 2 children staying in a room like that

We had to move to 4 different rooms when we arrived. The first room had a dirty nasty tub, ths second room sprayed water all over the floor when you flushed it, so water was every where. The third room door key wouldn't work. When we went back to the front desk she moved our room with no explanation until I asked her why she moved the room. And the last room had a dirty, sticky night stand, and a dirty bedspread. Also we had very little outlets in the room to use for chargers and the ones that were in the room were very loose and wouldn't hold in the cord, and when we wanted to used the microwave, we have to unplug the refrigerator because their was only one outlet.

The location

A couple of maintenance issues were seen with the exterior doors. There should be key looks on doors other than the front door to get into the building for safety
