Horrible service, was provided first a room with a broken door and then moved to one with a broken toilet. Staff said the couldn't do anything. Had to find other lodging.

Stains on the towels, air smelled musty. Windows don’t open. First room didn’t even work with the key

That hotel is the worst place i have ever stayed at no maid service u had to get your own towel and shampoos hole in rug likes in bathroom didn't work

Hot water in the shower

Room wasnt clean had to switch rooms. Hair in the shower and a used panties liner between mattress and wall below headboard. Second room wasnt much better. Missing pillow cases on pillows. One pillow on each bed had a pillow case on it. Found chips on the floor by the base of the bed. Needed to be better vaccumed.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The walls were falling apart. Dead bugs in the hallway, stained linens, weird smells. Do not stay here

My room was not clean on arrival. I had no towels in my room, pillowcases were not on the pillows and not in the room. Two of the lights, one in the entry and one in the bathroom, did not work. I reported this to the desk and asked the room be vacuumed . The lights were fixed, but on arrival for my second night the floor was still not clean so I wore shoes at all times. The weight room was not available and the cardiac room had 2 treadmills that did not work and one older model elliptical. Twice when I entered the cardiac room the equipment was being used by children around the ages of 8 or less as a playground. There were no signs posted about an age limit. The breakfast was very good.

Beds were very hard. Our beds hurt so bad we left early. When showering the water was scolding hot. When you tried turning the water temp down it got cold for about 5 seconds and then went to scolding hot again. There's no happy medium

First my key didnt work to my room. Once it got programmed, they assigned me a room with someone else in it.
