It was nice and close to trams and CBD. Fantastic views from the roof of the city. Room was very tidy and had everything we needed.

We really enjoyed this apartment for our week-long stay in Melbourne. It is very close to a tram stop and only a few stops to museums, Chinatown, Flinders train station, etc. The marvelous botanical garden is in easy walking distance. We had a wonderful view of the downtown skyline from our room on the 13th floor, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It was especially nice to have a kitchen to make our own breakfast, since all the nearby breakfast spots were closed for Easter weekend.

I had ben saving cash to pay for accommodations only to be told they don't accept cash. WHY. Did NOT like the messages coming in at 7.00am to tell me its checkout day and waking me up.

We stayed here for 7 nights, upon arrival we noticed a really stained couch which had blood stains on also and we got into bed on the first night and also noticed a blood stain on the pillow. I emailed the reception as soon as possible because they dont do 24hr reception this was the only way to contact them at the time. Although i didn't get a response for around 5 days the hotel manager was really lovely and couldn't be more apologetic about this, she offered us a late check out (of whenever we wanted) and also refunded a night for the inconvenience caused. The rooms were great and had everything we needed, also had a lovely rooftop with amazing views. This was in an ideal location and you can walk into the city in about 20 minutes whilst been in a nice quiet location. Also, its close to 3 coffee shops and an IGA so super convenient. I was told there would be a deep clean done on the room we were in so if im ever back in Melbourne i would stay here again

Great location, friendly, helpful desk staff. However the room photo and ‘upscale’ description is totally misleading. The furniture is worn, inexpensive, and stained. The balcony is unkempt with no chairs with bars blocking the view. It is not a professionally cleaned place, plenty of evidence of uncleanliness. The washer/dryer combination is very difficult to use.

Fantastic location, tram stop is only half a block away. Awesome city views. Great communication from staff.

Great location. Extremely helpful staff. One minor issue with old dirty mark on one of the sheets but overall presentation of room was good. Some balcony furniture would have added to the stay. Easy walk into city and great coffee shops located nearby.
