Loved the property and the location. Receptionists were lovely and the apartment was both beautiful and very clean on the inside. The only let down was the Balcony sliding doors which were badly in need of a clean on the outside. Thanks for a great stay though.

Great property with an awesome location and everything you need for your stay in Melbourne. We loved the fact you could walk into town and easy access to City, Shrine, South Melbourne and Gardens. We had a city view room for half the stay which was amazing, would highly recommend this over the internal room which was lacklustre. Staff were friendly and complex was pretty nice and quiet for the city location.

Great location. Clean. We had to check in late and that process was made very easy for us.

Property was clean and comfy. Says there is free parking within 100m, there isn’t. It is all 2hr max metered parking and only free after 6:30pm and before 7:30am

Loved spending the weekend here. Check in and out were so easy and we even got complimentary late check out so loved having a bit of a sleep in on the last day. It was close to public transport and there was free street parking over the weekend. There was also a very nice restaurant and cafe next door so really convinient for meals and coffee.

Property was in prime location. Staff were friendly, polite and super helpful. The room had everything we needed to get through our stay. Would have liked a smart tv so the option to watch netlix was there. Downside was that the roof terrace had been booked out for an engagement so we were unable to go up there. Found this slightly misleading as we were hoping to go up there and it didnt state anywhere that a reservation was required. Overall will happily stay there again, reasonably priced and excellent location.

Comfortable beds very friendly helpful staff. Would have helped to have had a guest hand book especially as we required instructions on how to use the washer dryer but a member of staff seemed to think it wasn’t working properly which was a disappointment as it was one of the reasons we booked that particular apartment.

The view was amazing from the balcony. Comfortable bed. Location is perfect for dinner at southgate, and located on a quiet street. Downside theres no onsite parking, to park overnight is an additional $28 up the road. The apartment probably had been vacant for a while, a quick tidy up would have been good. Dead moths on the floor, table tops stained not wiped off, smelt dusky inside.

Perfect for a midweek night in Melbourne. We walked to South Bank for dinner and show at The recital center. Great access to all of South Melb. We didn’t have towels left for us, but this was quickly remedied by a call to reception. The lift is slightly noisy, but not a deal breaker. Good communication, clean and neat.
