Pleasant stay

Poor communication from front desk- told me deposit wouldn’t be taken out of my account and it immediately was. Once in apartment I was unable to close bathroom door and after a few attempts, found the reason why.. there was a dirty, bloody SYRINGE up on the hinge! Lucky I didn’t get pricked by it or attempt to remove! Told the front desk and all he did was apologise and remove it. I demanded a refund and his poor customer service skills denied me. There were cigarette butts all over the deck outside and an empty packet of cigarettes. I have no idea when this apartment was last cleaned, it was atrocious.

Apartment wasn’t very clean. Food on floor from previous guests, mould in shower.

Perfect location, apartment was spacious and had all the facilities needed. Check in was really easy and an early check-in was possible. Really close to tram stop, supermarket and coffee

Great little apartment, close to everything we needed.

Property was neat and tidy, if a little soulless. Great that doors opened onto balcony and windows opened to get some breeze through.

The room was very clean with modern appliances. As quiet as you can get for a city apartment. Any queries were quickly answered/resolved by the front desk/management. We would stay there again.

could’ve been slightly cleaned better. Rubbish from previous guests under bathroom basin cupboard.
