Great location, The city views were amazing, front of house was awesome and helpful, the room was a great size, well setup, plenty of food options and supermarket just around the corner, easy access to city with a 15 min walk.

Close to Botanical gardens and National Art Gallery. Lack of communication between onsite reception desk and after hours reception desk.

A conveniently located property, clean and tidy with very friendly staff.

Had a great time, perfect location when visiting Melbourne & free on street parking on the weekend which was great

Location and price suited us perfectly.

Property over all suitable for overnight stay. Only issue shower didn’t drain properly. Fixed it by cleaning hair build up in drain cover. Cleaning obviously not being done well

This is probably the most disapointed experience I had in my 15 years with Hotels.com. Booked a one bed apartment to satay with my brother travelling for work as we did many times before and one of us will sleep on the sofa, this property provided only 2 seat sofa and a bed designed for two very skinny couple, so my brother had to seat all night as we arrived late, next morning went to reception meet Kim (a nice sweet person) she was trying to help us but told me that this is a service apartment and they do not provide extra bedding, extra blankets, etc, and I should look to book somewher else and will help me to cancel without charging, but I couldnt find because was a long weekend, so we had to buy a matrass from Anaconda and my brother had to sleep in the floor, fortunately Kim provided some extra lineen that took from her sister according to her and fortunately my brother found a hotel after two days, really a bad experience! I had to also ask for housekeeping after 4 days, This property will be good for one person and maybe not for long stay, next time will prefer to stay on a hotel with 24/7 reception and not dramas,

Blood stained sheets, dirty walls & blood on cushion. Under the couch cushion was disgusting!!!
