Many police and security guards and activity in adjacent building. This was not how the area used to be.

The unit was modern, very clean and comfortably appointed. Tram to city was an easy 2 min walk. Reception staffer was a polite young lady who couldn't do enough to assist us. A great licenced cafe was located immediately next door. The only issue for us was parking - surrounding streets were limited to permit parking and even at 3pm on a Saturday securing a nearby car park was near impossible. A call to reception advised free parking was available nearby but we struggled to find it or the entry.

Very clean and comfortable, close to public transport. Great restaurant next door. Walking distance to City

The view was great, rooms were designed well using open plan layout and incredibly soundproof. Staff were friendly and efficient. Overall recommend staying here for short stays.

Stay was great apart from wind whistling underneath the entry door to room, construction going on in the morning

Room was very comfortable and clean Bed and pillows were excellent Good nights sleep

I liked that is was small, neat, clean and all brand new. I really liked the pillows - so comfortable! The one things I missed was there was no AIRER on which to hang the clothes' once washed...…….I do not like to tumble dry...………. I think it might be an idea to add a small airer to each appt - they are only a $ 12.00 each from KMART and I am sure if you order a lot you can get them cheaper than that.....

Good property, easy to find and safe. Room very clean, bed wasn't the most comfortable but not a problem for the overnight stay we had. Excellent shower and kitchen area for those who may like to cook. Would recommend.

Practical and convenient to the CBD. Not many dining options nearby. Bed was quite soft and uncomfortable.
