"Loved our stay here."

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. Our room was exceptionally clean, tastefully decorated, and very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and filled with natural light, and the view from the room was spectacular. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. We were able to check in early, were offered refreshments upon arrival, and even received a complimentary room upgrade, which was a wonderful surprise. We truly enjoyed our stay and greatly appreciated the outstanding hospitality. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

"So sad this increible property is falling down."

The location and the house/hotel is really beautiful.

The hotel is falling apart including the quality of service. A lot of thing "are not working currently" even mi room key that get stucked there for the duration of my trip.

The location is great, the house is beatiful and the staff is fantastic. We lkoved it! People were great, breakfast delicious, evrything wonderful.

The room needs a little bit of mainteinance, specially a couple cushions. Having all religious decoration is a bit suffocating. I only did not understand why we could not pay in parts at no itnerest if our bank gave us the option.

"Un refugio tranquilo en Quinta Cielo"

Esta fue mi primera visita a Quinta Cielo y fue una experiencia encantadora. El lugar es hermoso, rodeado de un jardín exuberante y lleno de paz, con una gran variedad de plantas que crean un ambiente verdaderamente relajante. También cuenta con una pequeña alberca, perfecta para descansar después de un día explorando la zona. La habitación estuvo perfecta, con un colchón muy cómodo que permitió un excelente descanso. Aprecié mucho la calidad de los jabones y el shampoo, un detalle muy agradable. Gracias!

Personalmente, encontré que el desayuno continental era bastante limitado y no ofrecía una buena relación calidad-precio. Consistía en una porción muy pequeña de yogur, dos panes pequeños, un poco de fruta y un café, lo cual resulta insuficiente considerando el costo de la habitación. Además, pedí un huevo extra y me sorprendió que costara 165 pesos, lo que me pareció excesivo. En general, el desayuno podría mejorar considerablemente para estar a la altura del precio y de la experiencia en el lugar.
