"Great stay!"

Clean and spacy apartment. Beautiful garden with lots of space to sit and swim. Location is also great, bus stop around the corner gets you into town quickly. Ian is very accommodating and welcoming

"Amazing apartment and exceptional host"

Our host Ian couldnt have been more helpful! We were in touch before our arrival and he so kindly assisted us to get food in so that we didnt have to go seeking a supermarket on arrival, as well as collecting us from the airport. Throughout our stay he guided us in so many areas to make the most of our trip.. and even drove us into and then above the city on our second night to look at the famous Christmas lights, which we otherwise would have missed seeing. The apartment was beautiful and spacious with a magnificent views over Funchal from the large balcony. It was great to have a garden to sit in and relax at the end of our sight seeing days, and watch the sunset. I would definitely come back here again.

Comfortable, spacious apartment with a beautiful balcony and a fantastic view. A welcoming host, who was interesting to talk to and always there if needed. Only 20 minutes walk from the centre of Funchal - or there's a bus.

Everything is to a very high standard, comfortable and clean, accommodation has a pleasant garden and views, is away from the bustle of Funchal centre. Ian is an exceptionally good host, most kind. Altogether highly recommended!

"Super nice stay at lovely appartment with garden"

The location is super nice. Great view of the sea and super nice garden to relax after a hike. Appartment is clean and has a good size. We stayed a week. Ian is a perfect host and cares about his guests. Would definitely recommend and come back anytime.

I was accepted with all the warmth of the lovely people running small casa overlooking the ocean. The views of the sunrise are stunning. The apartment is spacious and has everything you need for your comfortable stay. Ian will give you tips what you should see on this amazing island. Highly recommended 👌
