Comfy beds and a decent restaurant

Not hot water, WTF I will do everything possible to make sure everyone knows four points is the only place to stay in Juneau. They actually have hot water

Staff at both front desk and restaurant were amazing, friendly and helpful! Breakfast was great/ view spectacular!

This is an older property that provides a decent, clean room at a fair cost. Both ours and our traveling companions rooms had problems with the hot water. Without us saying anything, the manager provided us with complimentary breakfasts at their restaurant. The food and service was excellent!

Location was very convenient to town. The staff were helpful.

No elevator to the 1st floor.

Taxi driver referred by hotel did not show up.

I arrived on the 15th of june and the receptionist was nice, cannot remember her name, when i left 16 morning was not very nice, she told me to be on my headphones if i ll use the phone on the lobby, however she was for 15 min on loud speaker talking to her friend about her nails and how she wants to get it done....not very professional, also I called at 9.45am to ask for check out at 12 instead of 11, i was told it s ok, howwver at 10.45am they knocked on my door, the cleaning staff was not aware, then at 11.20 they called me with a courtesy call saying check out it s at 11am, even tho I already talked to somebody and got permission, seems that communication is not very good between them Also, the fact there is not elevator and nobody is helping with the luggage, even if they would charge for it, it would be beneficial
