Courtyard Manassas Battlefield Park

I never leave this type of review but: GO ELSEWHERE. THERES A HOLIDAY INN ACROSS THE ROAD. Very disappointed with this Marriott. It definitely doesn't meet Marriott standards. I felt as though I was staying in the least favorable hotel possible. The hotel staff is rude and the hotel is filthy. It has nothing to do with remodeling and just a lack of overall maintenance and care. The staff is a direct reflection of the property. So so disappointing. Too many other places in the area to worry about being treated With disrespect

Room was not cleaned, no body wash, only 2 towels for 2 people, 2 day stay. Asked for extra toilet tissue and did not get it.

All of the employees we encountered were very friendly and helpful. The pool was closed which was disappointing and I do wish that someone would have communicated that to us earlier. Regardless, the room was clean and comfortable.

Front desk checked us in and gave us our room number and keys. Opened the door to the room and it wasn't cleaned. Still dirty from the previous guests. Back to the front desk and got another room. Quick and helpful hotel staff with the issue. Front desk said the were proving a credit to our room for their mistake. Still haven't seen this credit.

Bathroom needs updating. Remove bath tub and add additional handrails in shower and near toilet. Carpet needs updating. Basically, the hotel was nice but needs a complete refresh.

Overall pretty decent but definitely an older hotel in need of updating. The pictures also definitely do not accurately show the rooms at all.

It was clean and quiet area. Staff was very helpful
