The unit is a nice size (2 b'room loft). Parking is easy and convenient. It is in the west end of Hamilton and very convenient to downtown restaurants, etc. This now my preferred place to stay in Hamilton.

SCAM!!!!! This company took my 21 year old sons money but refused to let him stay in their hotel because he’s under 25. They also refused to give him any kind of refund. When speaking to their workers on the phone I was informed that they can refund his money but they will not!! This company are scammers. Beware they will do anything to keep your money and not honour your reservation!!

Tons of room!

STAY AWAY! This company is a SCAM and just want to take your money. I arrived just before midnight after flying all day and was told that the door would be unlocked and keys would be on the counter for the unit I had paid for. That should have been y first cue. How is that a good setup? The door was locked. It was the middle of the night, I was a single woman, and I did not know Hamilton at all. I called the number on the reservation. The guy who answered felt super sketchy. I was never even given his name. He said to call him back in five minutes because he had to talk to his "local representative", whatever the heck that means. They had no way to get me into the room I had booked so offered me another room that they 'remotely unlocked', and then told me that they would have to move all of my stuff for me from that room into the one I had booked as I would be in class the next day and could not make the move myself. The whole thing felt very unsafe, particularly the bit about them being able to remotely unlock the door (there was no additional manual lock inside) and the need for me to trust them to relocate all of my belongings for me. All of this is in addition to their requirements for photos of my ID and of my credit card just felt very much like a scam operation. I did not end up staying here primarily because I felt extremely unsafe. They refused to refund even a portion of the money I had paid for the unit I did not use. DONT TRUST THEM!

Condo is well laid out in a good area. However, it suffers from lack of maintenance (loose fixtures, broken dishwasher and average cleanliness). Process to register and verify identity is onerous and time consuming. An additional damage deposit was required. It is much simpler with a hotel.

The room was excellent, clean and roomy. Only thing wrong was it only had 1 bathroom, and we had 10 women staying lol. Not a huge deal

I really liked the entire building I side and out with the modern industrial designed foyer. The loft was clean, airy and bright. The only complaint I had was the noise from the street, this particular loft 307 faces the street and it was pretty noisy. Other than that I love the building and it was a cool experience to stay in a loft as opposed to any other accomodation

Beautiful apartment , clean and very cozy . Definitely recommend
