It was a very conducive environment. Very neat and the location was okay

The building is beautiful a re purposes turn of the century factory with high vaulted ceilings Unfortunately little things like very low water pressure very low hot water temperature and black mould on the caulking around the bathtub Other than that the unit was comfortable Great for a dog owner the off leash park is only a 5 minute walk away

easy to travel to and from the university and downtown from our spot. I wouldnt go out after dark by myself as there were several "wanderers" during the day. Easy to walk to the grocery store and other stores.

The check-in process was a little annoying but not the end of the world. The place was clean and well equipped. There's coffee in the morning, disposable razors in the bathroom and it just felt like home. I would stay again

Large, comfortable suite with unique loft design. Check in process is cumbersome and kitchen was sparsely appointed.

The room was very nice, easy to find and we enjoyed our stay!!

It’s a bargain but you get what you pay for. We had to buy cleaning supplies to wipe down stove, fridge, and bathrooms. Floors were not swept or mopped. We had to wear sandals the whole time. The beds were not very comfortable and the overall lack of cleanliness made us paranoid about what was in the beds. We did not see any bed bugs. The shared spaces like hallways and garbage areas were dirty and the building reeks of weed.

It started with a complicated booking. On Hotels.com it was easy but after, they ask you questions and some of them were already answered via Hotels.com. Also, you have to pay a deposit via PayPal which was not easy for me because my account was blocked. The loft is nice and comfortable. Very trendy and fancy but that is it ! The AC was not working and we were there 2 nights and outside temperature was around 35-40 celcius with humidity. Communication with the company who is renting the lofts was good but only on writting. They answered quickly but asking you question and I had to check and send picture of the AC plug and electric panel. They were suppose to keep me update about the situation during the day but when we got back at 11pm AC was not working and the loft was very warm and un comfortable... for a second night... The loft is also not soundproof so you can hear the people walking in the upper loft, the people in the hall and the ring of the elevator. It is a place affordable around Toronto but you don't want that kind of trouble when you are in vacations.

Very clean & spacious

Great roomy place. Convenient location to access downtown Hamilton. Walkable to some nice spots. Would definitely stay again.
