Check in for the property could be improved - we were greeted by a young man who did not introduce himself but he led us to our room.. he was nice enough but we expected someone who was a bit more professional or formal. There was a noticeable smell in the loft - a mixture of cigarettes and cleaning products. The loft certainly could have been cleaner, we noticed some stains on the walls and the paint on the bathroom doors was a bit dirty. One of the windows was left open before we arrived (not sure how long it had been open for) but there was no screen on the window - we found 4 bugs in the loft, perhaps this was due to the window being left open. It is also fairly loud/ noisy, you can hear people from adjacent rooms and cars driving on the road. The elevator is quite small and very slow. We opted to take the stairs as a result. On a positive note, the check out process was easy.

The WIFI was absolutely terrible. I wasn't able to access basic websites. My concerns about this were not addressed properly. It even affected the tv. Some nights it was completely blacked out.

The place is nice but the WIFI is terrible and I need it to do the job I came here for.

Very VERY comfortable condo units....very handy location,clean,well marked hallways,and check in was a breeze. If there was ONE issue, it seems that all the tv service were ROKU driven with no accessibility to local or national programming....we weren't there to watch TV, so no issues for us....loved the place.

Enjoyable stay. Perfect for our group. Walking distance to lots of restaurant.

Great location, nice building, nice unit, but needs a proper cleaning. Also there is no clothing storage - no dresser, no hangers in the closet.

Dirty, loud, seedy, with rude staff. We booked to have a little sanctuary while attending a funeral. Staying at this place was the most stressful part of the trip. No redeeming features unfortunately.

They are so disorganized. From check-in to paying.

Love the openness, and location, did not like the hassle to register, but to be fair we where tired and had no patience left.

The place is spacious and providing a kitchen which we really like. However the check in process is too complicated and too much communication. No on site check in person, but the virtual one is responding fast and quickly resolved our issue.
