The property is beautiful and has all the amenities of an apartment. However we had no internet for 3 days and no hot water. The concerns from our last stay about check in were addressed and it was easier except we were given a long round about way to get in. It is convenient to groceries, LCBO and our family.

the loft was nice, kitchen didnt have oven tray, salt or pepper. otherwise it was a pleasant stay, buiding is clean, area around is nice, close to grocery store.

Booking.com website shows very nice apts….. Not at all what I expected! This property is self check in- took us 2 hours outside the property to check in… the property requires a questionnaire, PDF if valid ID, selfie along with your ID. All done by email so time consuming. We had prepaid the room through Booking.com which also was a bit deceiving- room $150, taxes $110??? ( 80.00 cleaning fee). Oh and the property also asks for a $200 refundable damage deposit… at this point, I asked to simply cancel but they advised it would be non refundable!!? When we finally received instruction on how to enter the building/apt, we entered the apt and an older man was inside cleaning!! Washing machine ran for 2 hours… as it’s a washer/dryer and was very load. The apartment was FILTHY! Attaching pics to show. I’m requesting the cleaning fee back and some kind of compensation for the misinformation from Booking.com. Worst experience ever booking online… not at all as advertised!!! Terrible experience!!

Hidden fees. Cameras spying on you. Sewage and foot smell throughout. Get a real hotel

Good location. Private, and functionally convenient. Minor point: It would be helpful if someone could take a bit more time to show us where amenities outside the room were located, specifically where garbage is to be dropped off, as it was not located near the elevator. We also had to guess where the exercise room was located, but we may have missed seeing this in the room brochure. Overall,we would stay there again.

I didn't receive forms in advance that were needed to be filled out before receiving access to the unit. When I arrived and called the contact, I had to take photos of my ID and fill out a questionnaire to send back. When that was approved, a 'representative' of the company was sent to take us to the unit. He looked at his phone the whole time and when we got to the unit, he just opened the door. No explanations. We had to ask about the keys and he said that they should be on the table somewhere. Then when we settled in, I had to continue emailing about where to park. After that, we were going to go downstairs to re-park the car and the unit's lock kept spinning in either direction and we could not open the door. We ordered food via Uber and the delivery person was downstairs but we didn't even know our unit number since we weren't told it and couldn't open the door to get downstairs. I called and emailed customer service and they said they would send the 'representative' over to help. Over 10 minutes passed and nobody came. After another 10 minutes, my husband was able to fix the lock and open the door and I was able to go downstairs. Then during that time the 'representative' came by. This was about an hour from the time we arrived. The unit is nice and clean. The kitchen was very basic. I wouldn't say that you could cook much of a real meal. There was no frying pan to make basic bacon and eggs for breakfast. The water heater in bathroom was finicky. Wifi ok.

Beautiful room, very clean. No receptionist at front desk to check in, all done over the phone which makes it inconvenient. There was no communication prior to booking that stated this either.
