I got bit by something in my room and called front desk and it just kept ringing. The rooms a/c was so bad we tried to change it but the room was hot .there we rude guest who made us feel unsafe and there wasn’t anyone at front desk to help us

Didn’t get robbed and the broken door made it really easy to get into the room

The main door into the room had seemed like it had been kicked in previously because the bottom of the door frame was bent not and tore up and the security lock to keep the door from being opened didn’t work the door could completely open without hesitation when the lock was supposed to be secured The walls in the hallways and around the elevators were all tore up and there was an extension cord running through the hall to run the ice machine on the third floor The staff entered and removed clothes from the closet a day before check out was scheduled and when asked to be given the clothes back the staff had attitude and made it seem like I was in the wrong for asking

"Nice hotel needs a few adjustments"

I love the location. The hotel wasn't noisy. We didn't have to wait long for the elevator. Dove soap in the bathroom, I love Dove. Front desk workers smiles. I would stay here again for the convenience location, free parking, and breakfast option if we need it.

The room didn't smell good, it was a wet smell. I got some spray. When we left and return I can still smell it. The curtain didn't work, but it wa no big deal because we got up and left.

Breakfast was not good at all. Eggs omelette were rubbery, pancake machine was cool to look at, but pancakes didn’t taste good. Pool was drained and appeared very filthy. Monday (night 2) they were refilling the pool which wasn’t cleaned out of trash and green water. Room was clean and spacious.
