"If I ever need to stay at that hotel again, I hope the new manager has gotten everything working."

From my understanding, it was under new management. It had just transitioned. Maybe that’s why it is swimming pool wasn’t working ice machine on the third floor wasn’t working. We travel with my brother evidently your previous client took the phone from the room and his wife’s belongings got locked up in the safe. We had trouble opening it at the time of checking out. However, the manager was very courteous and helpful.

Cleanliness, roomy room and bathroom/shower.

2nd summer in a row the pool conveniently out of order. Gym out if order. Potato bugs all throughout floor in lobby. One Elevator still out of service 3 years running. Just poor conditions overall

Our stay was Saturday through Tuesday and even though the room was clean, we kept finding things that didn't belong to us ... A ball. A USB charger. Lip gloss. A room key. And we kept finding things that we were planning on using but they just weren't there.... Like wash cloths. The pool was empty. The fitness center was "out of order". Only one elevator worked, sorta... Ice machines were out of order. Finally found one ice machine on the second floor that worked. So, if none of these are important to you, it's convenient to the interstate and quiet but next time, I think we'll try another place

Easy check-in after midnight. New looking hotel suffering from poor upkeep. Honestly did not turn in the light in the room until the morning when I got out of bed and there was a wet spot on the floor. Ceiling was leaking. There was mold on the ceiling by the window. Let front desk know at check out.
