Location was near the tourist attractions. budget friendly and if youre staying in kazakhstan for the first time this is the hotel that I recommend booking. almost all is walking distance from PANA INN HOTEL.

Had a little bit of problem with the bathroom but overall it is still good.

"В целом все понравилось, остановились бы еще."

Очень дружелюбная и улыбчивая девушка на ресепшене. Соотношение цена-качество. Чистое белье, полотенца. В номере чисто. Были одноразовые тапочки. Расположение отличное, рядом много ресторанов, кафе. Пешком можно дойти до Арбата и много разных прогулочных зон, парков. На этаже был кипяток. На ресепшене утюг и микроволновка. Можно отдать вещи в стирку.

Уже немного не свежий ремонт, но не критично и был запах, когда пошли на прогулку и долго не проветривалось помещение. Может быть от ковролина.
