Deluxe Chevron Renaissance

We arrived at the wrong tower and they came and met us where we were. Location Balcony and views

Property was poorly maintained. Noise during the night from the street due to doors not sealing correctly. Cleanliness of Property. Lack of kitchen wear. Lack of drinking glasses. Beds were saging, gave us backpack. Pillows were not adequate. TV in main bedroom broken, put in wardrobe. Right lamp in main bedroom broken. Dryer not working. Laundry tap leaking with bucket under it. Balcony light broken. Dishwasher broken (but usable, draw wheels all missing but 2). Pans not usable due to burnt non-stick coating. (Brought a pan to use) Lighting in apparent sterile. Garbage smell coming from under front door. All public areas close at 9:00pm. Public indoor pool closed. With no notification at the time of booking. Parking access intermittent. Entry was fine exit worked 1 in 6 times.

The location was definitely on point with everything close at hand. Supermarket, liquorland, entertainment and food all within walking distance. Public transport easily accessible aswell. Facilities were awesome, the gamesroom was better than the timezone type entertainment we have in our home town. Beds were comfortable, everything about the room I cannot fault.

The check-in process had us going around in circles trying to find out parking spot. We had to go back around to the security office for help with interpreting the instructions. Having already been late to arrive at our destination, it added an extra stress to our already hectic day that we had, had. Aside from that, the stay was really good. One suggestion I have is to have a luggage trolley or two, available on the carpark level to transfer luggage and food to the room.

We were disappointed that the apartments don’t appear to be advertised individually, as the photos shown did not accurately represent the apartment we were allocated. We upgraded our booking but found the first apartment to be unacceptably dirty, with dirty floors, couches, bathrooms and kitchen items, as well as a heavily rusted washing machine. The staff were lovely, responsive and quickly moved us to another apartment, which we appreciated. However, the replacement apartment still didn’t reflect the advertised photos. While the service was excellent, the accommodation itself did not meet our expectations based on what was advertised.

Nothing it was our worst family weekend. Service was rubbish

The door on the balcony was broken and there was an unsafe item under the toilet sink a joint which shows that the room wasn't even cleaned and checked properly. This was so unsafe for our kids

There were some bugs in the toilets. There was hot water pipe brusted nearest to our room, so the rug was too smelly and unhygienic for kids.

Cleaning, no one picks the call when you tried couple of times, there is no night service.
