Rebecca assisted us all the way through and was kind enough to give us late check in.

2 beds was advertised with 2 baths however this was not the case. Acs in 2/4 rooms didn’t work. We were told this is under repair or has been repaired.

Indoor pool and aircon not working

Lets Start The Unit above has a leak, and their dirty bathroom water was constantly dripping through the damaged ceiling. We needed to shower back, so i tilted the shower head to suit Bath sink 90% blocked The toilet roll holder was in accessible (you sit and try to reach it ) Clothes dryer handle control knob broken NOW FOR THE BID ONE mould on the ceiling in front of the air conditioner, kitchen, and lounge room outlet Now I am not your building inspector, so that's all I am telling you, but the place is looking old, needs an overhaul

Great location, good facilities, comfy, got upgraded due to aircon not working but they upgraded us before we even arrived, very close to pool indoor and overlooking outdoor spa and BBQ area. Everyone is polite and welcoming. Would definitly stay again

Fan didnt work in bathroom, roof needs a good dust near aircon vent, alot of glassware was dirty and had wine etc still in it so cleaned before using. Tv in main bedroom someone has pushed button in so takes a while to be able to change or turn on. Also in next apartment must have same tv as channel will change halfway through etc

Lage war gut.

Gab sehr viele Probleme, der Trockner ist aus der Wand rausgebrochen und wurde erst nach 3 Tagen repariert. Durch das rausbrechen vom Trockner ist die Waschmaschine kaputt gegangen, diese hat dann insgesamt 9 Tage nicht funktioniert weil niemand kam um diese zu reparieren. Das WLAN hat den gesamten Aufenthalt nicht funktioniert. Zwischendurch gab es einen Tag kein Wasser, wodurch man weder duschen noch Spülen konnte. Als eine Erstattung beantragt wurde, wurde vom Vermieter alles verleugnet. Wir waren davor bereits einmal in den Chevron Towers, allerdings bei einem anderen Anbieter, diesen kann ich nicht empfehlen. Unser Aufenthalt war leider sehr unangenehm und hat im Nachhinein viel Stress gebracht.
