Good location and great facilities.

-Lifts were extremely smelly. -the mattresses highly worn out to the point of being very uncomfortable - dishes were not cleaned properly

Bad dirty room had to clean myself withy mum The insurance they automatically take that X cover bullshit is a complete piece of rubbish because they compensated me nothing. It was cockroaches. There was no Help that just one lady that was she was nice but she was off Work after letting us in. It was absolutely disgusting the bed was broken. My daughter was bitten by bedbugs mould and fungus in the bathroom and every other room.

The pool, but it bleached out bathers because of the amount of chlorine in it

The amenities were fantastic eg. The 5th floor outdoor pool and spa were fantastic

The cleanliness of the appartment and that we were not notified prior to arriving that there was an issue with the AC which lasted the entire stay.

Fantastic location, property was spacious and great view from the balcony.

Wasn’t aware of no air conditioner until I checked in, works were being done on the building 10 days prior to my arrival. L

Hard to find correct tower.

I have never experienced so many attractions for all ages in walking distance from the place. Even if it is raining, there are so many things undercover in or around the complex

Probably not ideal if you are a light sleeper and staying Friday or Saturday nights. Although high up, street racing could still be heard and often woke me.

The pools and the fact that it had shops on ground floor and location

Some of the furnishings in the apartment were not great, with broken chairs, washing machine broke down which was unfortunate and only one TV was surprising.

Great location and lovely views. Very comfortable and convenient to shopping.

The smell in the lifts was horrible and that the large spa outside was cold for some of the stay. Also the vacuum was broken in the apartment.

Great location. Great size unit on 36th floor. Amazing views.

Wasnt aware of nil services provided. Needed to wash towels and no pool towels provided as booked through an agent. Didnt realise was virtually an air B and B booking. Was a private residence in need of repairs.
