The card for parking didn’t always work to get out of parking facility and the main toilets seat was loose and no balcony light globe

The location was great. Cleanliness could’ve been slightly better. Pillows were terrible in the bedrooms. We stayed 3 nights and could’ve had more toilet paper and an extra bin bag for the price we paid. Bathrooms need a good scrub. Coffee and tea facilities needed to be topped up. Found other people’s hair in the bed. Couches and dining table were great, beds were comfy apart from the pillows, they need to be replaced.

Good pools

Great location, cold air-conditioning, clean linen and enough towels, specious rooms, comfortable beds, washing machine and dryer working fine. Lagoon pool was fantastic and easy walking to shops, restaurants and the beach. Coffee, tea, sugar and milk supplied to last a day or two, along with small soaps, shampoo and shower gels. If staying longer, bring more of your own supplies, laundry powder and toilet paper. Good family apartment with 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms and nice views of the city and ocean!

Only minor things - Rug in the living room needs a bit of a wash (some stains from spilled drinks) and the towel rail in the ensuite was broken off the wall. Couldn't get TV in the bedroom to work but one in the living area was good with access to YouTube, Netflix etc. Everything else was in clean working order and suited our family for the time we stayed..

Loved the location, close to everything

Our room, great size, needs a good deep clean, washing machine stank, skirting boards dirty, couch and cushions need a good wash, between the seats we found someone's artifical nail, and lots of gross stuff. Took our sheets off end of our stay, under blanket was disgusting, to think we slept on that bed for 10 nights not knowing makes me feel sick. Shower around outside needs a good scrub and new sealant. Toilet was noisy didn't seam to want to stop filling up. Generally the place needs to be deep cleaned, and should be spotless every time you get new guests, kitchen cupboard under the sink needs a good clean. Im not one to complain usually, disappointed we paid all that money to stay in a dirty apartment. Also had a few cockroaches , not good. Had a lovely young lady who I could message as we had a problem with our dryer, which they fixed. Also very grateful they gave us a Xtra car park for our son when he stayed. Fix the cleaning and you have a great place to stay.
