How local it was to facilities, Cole’s down stairs was perfect for last minute needing

it was a bit hard to find, as in having to turn around at the lights multiple times because we kept missing entry

Location is very nice

Apart from location nothing else. Hugely dissapointed all the blankets were smelly, for 4 guests for 4 days there is only 1 toilet paper really. No selection of tea or coffee i have experienced much better in cheaper motel compare to this. Location and property met the expectation but the seevice is terribly poor

Perfect, central location. Tidy and clean. Pool and gym access was great. All the rules throughout the complex made for a comfortable stay. Sensational view from this apartment.

Not a reflection of the property itself, however Surfers Paradise was just so noisy, with all the street level noise echoing high through the city until well into the early morning. Recommend noise cancelling earbuds if you want to sleep before 2am.

Our stay had both positive and negative aspects. The location was excellent, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and local attractions, which made getting around very convenient. There was also an ample supply of toilet paper provided during our stay.

Unfortunately, the overall condition and cleanliness of the apartment did not meet expectations for the price paid. The sofa was dirty, and the apartment was not cleaned to an acceptable standard, with noticeable dust and hair on the floors upon arrival. Clean towels and fresh sheets were not adequately provided, and several maintenance issues required attention, including ill-fitting toilet seats, cracked bathroom tiles, light globes not working, and mouldy shower grout with sections missing. In addition, the pool was closed halfway through our stay without prior notification, which was disappointing. The fitness centre was also in poor condition, with outdated and poorly maintained equipment.
