The Whitney Hotel is a rare combination of great service, luxury surroundings, useful and high end amenities, clean spacious and modern rooms, friendly but professional staff at a great value!

The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and very courteous. It was apparent from this outsider that the team is srong and well staffed. The building is beautiful. A more modern facade and hobby leads into a historic and handsome building that houses the rooms. Large double hung windows, crisp linens and a well stocked bath. No need to ask fr towels ir any amenities. We had both a breakfast and Easter brunch on.property. The staff, once again, were efficient and courteous. The food was excellent.

I cannot think of anything. I thoroughly enjoyed myelf.

I really loved the location. We spent time in Cambridge, and the T was right there. It's also on Charles Street, which ends at the Boston Commons. The staff was very friendly and the service was reminiscent of a very high-end hotel. The bath products, turn-down service, Frette robes, and comfy bed really elevated the experience. We also appreciated the grab and go coffee station in the bar area and the complimentary boxes of waters left in our room. We will definitely be staying here the next time we visit Boston.

My one note is that the lobby had a cleaning product smell, which was off-putting to me. We chose not to dine in the restaurant because of that. I assume it was a one -off and it would not prevent me from coming back or recommending this hotel.

Really comfortable bed! The turndown service was great. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

No refrigerator in the room, the room phone did not work, not a lot of amenities.
