This hotel was absolutely horrendous, the pictures are very generous. We couldn’t help but laugh and thought we had booked to stay in the Fawlty Towers.

The only positive of this property is the location. The entire place smells like a graveyard, wifi only works in reception and the TV did not work. Despite asking the 1 member of staff we managed to find, to fix the TV, nothing was fixed. The room was diabolical, covered in dust and filth and we deemed safer and cleaner to not shower. It is not worth saving a penny to stay here. The hotel staff are entirely clueless, careless & unapproachable.

Not very inviting,shabby appearance, you get what you pay for,.

Disappointing stay. No hot water either in evening or morning Difficult to check in as no one on desk and waited 20 minutes for someone to come down Already paid for parking on arrival into car park as it’s camera controlled then told its free

Checkin was diabolic, amateurs at work. Toulets do not flush properly, no WARM/HOT water, could not take a shower!!! Super white towels (we did not use due to lack of hot/warm water in the shower) and bedding, spotless. Noisy airconditioner from the room above throughout the night.

Awful - Could not have the room Key until the receptionist had gone to the room to spray air freshener which said it all really. Got to the room and the bed sheet had various hairs from previous patrons. Left immediately. Avoid at all costs!

Just over night stay. Very basic.

The Hotle is falling to pieces. I had to wait with heavy bags as the owner was having an argument with someone. Then he disappeared and after waiting and waiting I was guided to a room with horrible smell. I had to wait at least 10 min for the water to get warm. There was something wrong with the sockets too. The bathroom tiles were all broken to the point where I had to be Valerie not to cut myself comping out of the shower.

I couldn't fault my stay here, the bed was very comfortable, the room was clean and the shower was strong and hot. I had a window with a view of the church to the left. I found the staff on reception were friendly as well. I would definitely stay here again, it is good value and 5 mins walk from the sea front promenade.
