Location, clean rooms, smooth entrance and admin thru emails being fast response.

There are no plugs for the use of kettle or toaster in the kitchen. Very noisy due to being in the city, police cars, and speed cars. Very tall building means - long time spent waiting for lifts. The deposit is also a headache

Excellent location

The bed and the mattress was terrible. The mattress sinks right in and very uncomfortable to sleep on. Also the linen on the mattress is old and worn out. Time for an upgrade. The staff at the property are not very welcoming.

The appartment was broadly fine, but it was dusty and there was broken glass on the balcony. My issue is the service from the offshore call centre. Their English is terrible, the deposit system is amateur asking for deposits through Paypal which feels like a fraud and I am still chasing for our security deposit back only to be met with rude responses. There are better places to stay

We paid for parking, arrived and someone was in the spot. We had the worst time communicating with the host. After about 25 minutes of sitting in the parking lot trying to figure out if we were on hold or if they hung up on us they messaged us on WhatsApp to tell us they refunded our parking money and and can look for a spot to park with a link- just sorry about your luck, figure it out! Then there was a QR code to connect to the internet which didn’t work and of course it was a challenge to get a response from the “24/7 support”. The location is great, the condo is older and in “meh” condition. It was clean and we chose this as an option because we wanted more space. But honestly, I wouldn’t book again, a hotel would be so much easier. This was a pain through and through.

its a great price for this place at this prime location, My family enjoyed it very much, Close to public transport, cn tower was across the road. Walking distance to lot of food options. There was a minor issue with a dead battery on a smoke detector that cause false alarm, I contacted the host and within 2 hours she had a technician came and replaced it to stop the noise. Great communication. I highly recommend this place for a family vacation .. 10/10 Rating here. If i could give it 11 i would.

We checked in for 5 nights, only complaint is 1.5 rolls of toilet paper was left for us and that was not enough. We left the rest of our pack for the next guests, hopefully they don’t run out! The view was AMAZING!

For starters the unit was beautiful and offered million dollar views. Problem is you need to deal with getting up/down to the 40th floor. The elevator was a bit of a pain in the ass. Not sure I considered the downfalls of living on the 40th floor. There was a few issues in the condo during my stay and the management company was notified. The owner showed up the next day and was able to address 2 out of the 3. The living area AC was not working and he had to get a repairman out the day I checked out. Hey, things happen.

The bed is full size, not easy for 2 people. No shampoo or conditioner. Check in is not straight forward.

You can’t beat this location to Rogers Centre, close to amenities and close to waterfront
