GLOBALSTAY Modern Downtown Apartment

booked a property 1 month in advance because of proximity of Rodgers stadium due to limited mobility. 1 day before they sent us entrance info and it was for the wrong property asked them to fix it as we were flying in that day they would NOT give us the original property but one 6 blocks away we stayed at the new property until we were able to find new accommodations on our own. I will NOT book with them again

Very nice accommodation. Great area. Only problem we had was the building elevator for the high rises were an issue during our stay but overall good experience

Check in is through your reservation confirmation which is off sight..It take above average time to get you keys released.

Unfortunately, my stay at GLOBALSTAY was disappointing overall. - The location was different from what was advertised, which was frustrating. - The property used a self-service check-in system and required a deposit via PayPal, which didn’t work for me. I had to pay again using an online link, and getting a refund from PayPal turned into a hassle. - I was asked to send a photo of myself in front of the property holding the credit card I used, something I found very unusual and concerning from a privacy and security standpoint. - There was no blanket provided for my child, and despite repeated contact with the owner, no help was offered. They insisted it should be there, but no one came to check or resolve the issue. Given the misleading location and poor customer support, I would not recommend staying here.

The apartment was comfortable and beautiful. It had everything we could ask for.

We had difficulty getting the TV to work so we didn't use it. My husband was disappointed but thankfully we had our tablets and the WiFi you provided.

This was not what we booked, when we get there turns out are place was across the city not where we wanted to be, tv didn’t work, room smelled like cigarette smoke. Just not a good overall experience

Great location and views but disappointed that AC did not work at all. Looks like the property is not managed well. There were issues and lot of wait time with elevation. Also, we were only offered 1 key and for the unit making it very inconvenient for 2 families

They need to clean more the towel’s and sheets are no clean.

Worst experience of my life. They moved us to another property when I got there which was a complete inconvenience. I had to contact the property management and they did not sound sympathetic. They did nothing to accommodate me. Offer me anything. I had to walk 15 mins to another property and already paid for parking. I would never use global sta** again and will recommend everyone I know not to stay there on Instagram, Facebook and word of mouth. Terrible company
