The location to the ball diamond was great and lots of restaurants close by! Pool at hotel was very warm which the kids enjoyed.

Property was not in the exact location as the listing showed on the map included in the ad. We had to walk a few more blocks to and from Union Station then i original planned, didnt actually mind the extra walking so not really an issue. Property ad listed a city view, I had a better view of the condo right next to us then the city. Condo was clean and had all the necessities for out short stay. There was a grocery store one block away so picking up our groceries for our stay was easy. My only real complaint was trying to find the correct lock box for the key in the mess of lock boxes attached to iron railing. There were two iron railings with multiple lock boxes attached. I searched one while my wife searched the other. After a few minutes of searching my wife finally found the correct one. A better organized system of lock boxes would eliminate peoples frustrations.

Air conditioning was on all the time. No way to turn it off and bring it down. Had to open up the window to make it warmer. Also the property waste a lot of water they should put in a hot water circulating pump.

Because it’s downtown, Very close to CN tower. Clean and modern style.

Thermostat in our room was not working. Tried to change temperature but it stayed the same all night. Unsure if user error or thermostat itself but only stayed for a night so not too much of a bother.
