The location and view were absolutely amazing — definitely the best part of the stay. It was super easy to get around, and check-in was smooth

The flat could have been cleaner, and some areas in need of some upkeep. Overall, the view and convenience made it worthwhile, but a little more attention to cleanliness would really improve the experience.

You can’t beat the location. The building itself is very nice. The cleanliness of the apartment was questionable. There were hairs in the beds and the floors were dirty. Luckily I brought my own sheets. The patio windows look like they’re haven’t been cleaned in awhile. There was an issue with laundry soap spilled throughout the closet when we arrived, but they responded quickly to that and sent someone to clean it up. The view of the city was great and a 3 bedroom apartment in that location was definitely cheaper than renting 2 hotel rooms. If you don’t mind the wear and tear and cleanliness issues, it’s a great spot.

Great location next to the CN Tower. Pool was cool but closed one day. Everything you need was in the apartment.

The one room was behind the curtain and quite small but it worked out ok.

Superb location for walking around downtown

Lift wait time could be lengthy and the apartment needs a little tlc

The property in downtown Toronto was in a great location in that there was a grocery store less than a block away, it was within walking distance of good restaurants, the Princess of Wales Theatre, the CN Tower, and miscellaneous shopping and sightseeing. The building was was clean, staffed by security at a front desk, and other tenants were considerate. The apartment was as advertised and very comfortable. It would have been nice to have a few more dried spices in stock but what was included was appreciated nonetheless. The lock box proved challenging to find but, in retrospect, the instructions emailed to me were precise, with one exception. We were not previously familiar with lock boxes, especially in this scenario. I’ll blame it on being tired and slightly disoriented from travel but I failed to recognize that I needed to pull the box apart (to find the key inside) after entering the code. Instead, I tried to actually remove the lock box from the pole after inputting the code. Not sure what I was expecting to happen afterward if I had been able to remove the box from the pole. It sounds silly now. However, adding that single, albeit obvious, line to the instructions (especially for the uninitiated) would have been extremely helpful sooner. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would rent this property again.

According to our booking in hotel.com, our check-out time was 12pm but we were instructed to leave at 11am and no extension of check-out time was allowed

The bathroom door gets stuck. No luggage cart is available.

Amazing location across the street from the Rogers Centre and Ripley's Aquarium. Clean and friendly staff at the front desk. GlobalStay responded quickly to my questions. Overall very pleased.
