There is nobody in the lobby if you have problem or need to check in so you have to go across the parking lot to check in or if you have a problem with your key, the price is good but they could clean them a bit better

Rooms are spacious but outdated. Bed linen and towels are clean. The carpets need urgent replacement. You can hear people from rooms next door and even those moving in the room above.

There is little to like. The rooms are large but I would never stay here again. It is located within a strip mall across the parking lot from the Grand (Hell’s Canyon). The front door was locked with a sign saying to check in at the Grand. Staff at the Grand was not friendly from the beginning. The lady at the front desk was obviously put out that she was having to deal with us making the comment that she didn’t realize there was “no one over there today”and was borderline rude to my husband when we requested a room change after entering our assigned room and realizing we could not tolerate the smell in the room. It was terrible! She said they didn’t have any more ‘clean’ rooms available but did follow up shortly afterward to offer an upgraded room at no additional charge. It smelled somewhat better and we took it. Once she left and we went to unload our stuff we realized there were multiple issues (carpets were stained and downright nasty, curtains literally had multiple small holes all over them, etc.) This hotel is in some way connected to the Grand but they obviously do not choose to keep it even remotely to their standard. Granted, the price was cheaper but that does not excuse the neglect of this property. There was no one at the front desk at any time during our 1 night stay, carpets throughout were very stained and dirty (litter and a pair of shorts/underwear was laying in the 2nd fl hallway). Do yourself a favor and don’t even think about staying here.

"Very Nice Room"

Room was not ready when I arrived early so clerk said she would call. She had not called at 4:10 . When I returned to the desk to check in she offered no explanation. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable.

The ad is misleading. The pool is at another property making it less accessible to guests. Hotel staff wasn’t onsite the majority of the stay. We also had to check in at an opposite bldg. just not what we expected.

It was a little off putting that there was no onsite staff. You had to check in at the sister hotel across the parking lot. Big spacious rooms and hallways. There were stains on the duvet covers on both beds and dust on the lamp shades. The staff hits the high points but not thorough on cleaning. Nice enough to stay in but you can tell it is considered the annex of the bigger more expensive property across the parking lot.

"Nice hotel, amazing staff, but terrible experience"

The room itself was very nice. Spacious, good TV, couch, comfortable bed, nice bathroom. All that said, the room was a mess when we arrived to our room, due to a mixup in the cleaning system (not anyone's fault specifically, just sucked to deal with). Bed was unmade, many stains on the ground, towels all used, and the hair dryer spit out burnt dust when turned on. Because they were booked out completely, we had to wait around 30 minutes in the lobby, and came back to a mostly clean room that still had a white stain in the carpet, and a red stain near the bed. I think we just got unlucky, and that the hotel is overall nice, but this was just a terrible experience to have, And I thought to share to any other wary travellers. Many thanks to the staff though, who were amazingly nice, and it was obvious they cared about making it right.

The room did not have any towels. The sheets did not appear to be changed as there were multiple hairs in them. Reception had no one to assist me with changing the sheets. So the receptionist came in and help me change the sheets. I showed the receptionist the hair that was in the sheets. The shower had extremely low water pressure.
