It was 3 minutes from where I needed to be

Very clean

I did my booking on line so I just came in and got my keys.

I came in after driving 12 hour's and my let sleeper sofa was dirty it had stains and crumbs. The staff worked really fast I was in a new room in less than 10 minutes but when your that tired it's an inconvenience.

I HAD MY WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AT ANY MARRIOTT PROPERTY OF WHICH I'VE BEEN A MEMBER FOR A VERY LONG TIME. After a 9 hour drive from Austin I was exhausted when I walked in and met a Derrick or Eric (6 ft black gentleman with clear looking glasses). I greated him and said that I was very tired and just wanted to get to my room. I booked my room online using 18,500 points and my total points reflect this reduction. This man checking me in said his screen did not show my reservation was booked using points. After at least 5 minutes of looking at my confirmation on my phone and other info Marriott sent me we couldn't find how payment would be made. As we were trying to work on my issue he took a phone call which I understand, but he stayed on the phone for at least 5 minutes. At this point I was tired and beyond frustrated. I did say F this and said I'll pay with my credit card I just want to get my room. This worker then told me he "didn't appreciate my attitude and he would not be spoken to like that". I told him I didn't make anything personal and I never did. Anyway, I said I was very tired too which he said "I don't care". Then I said I was sorry and apologized to which he said that doesn't matter. He then said he was cancelling my reservation and told me to leave the hotel!!! I went across the street to a Hampton Inn which I'm also a member and upon hearing my experience the lady checking me in offered me free water and her best king room. She said she knows the individual at Fairfield but didn't provide her opinion. I'm going to copy and paste this inform social media very soon. I would like to give Marriott the opportunity to contact me in 24 hours to discuss or I will just cancel my membership and post everywhere on social media I can find. Despite Marriott Corporate living up to their promise to get back to me and “make things right” was a bold face lie!! I’ve never heard back since I filed my initial complaint. Please don’t support such terrible customer service by going to this or any Fairfield. If Marriott Corporate doesn’t care about customer service why should their local staff

The hotel and room were very clean. The gym looked great, unfortunately, we did not get to use it. They also provided a variety of good breakfast foods. The parking lot was well lit and overall the location was good.
