地點離搭地鐵或地面電車還算方便，有兩層樓供一家人使用，二樓房間乾淨舒適，對四人小家庭來說空間寬敞，一樓浴室和廁所是分開的，使用方便，有洗烘衣機和小廚房，對於自助旅行者而言十分便利!

因為二樓沒有廁所，半夜如果需要上廁所稍微不便，尤其如果有帶長輩，因為樓梯有點陡，就比較不推薦了。

幼児を含む子連れで利用させていただきました。自宅にいるようにゆっくりくつろぐことができました。施設は全体的に綺麗でした。いたるところにパンダがいて、子どももよろこんでいました。

子連れの視点からすると、食器がすべてガラスや陶器だったので、プラスティックのものがあればいいなと思いました。

We absolutely loved staying here whilst in Okayama! The host was friendly and talked us through everything we needed to know about the house. The house had everything you could need and looked great with the Panda theme. An excellent location in Okayama with everything you need nearby. A great price too!
