Panda Stay Okayama

The property was very confortable and had everything we needed.

Excellent amenities. Great location near lots of great food. Walking distance from Aeon mall. Warm (he has double glazed windows which are rare in Japan) Very comfortable beds and pillows. Just abt everything you could need in a location.

Nothing everything was great

Close to railway station. Bussy quarter but nervertheless calm and pleasant.

Would have been nice with some more knives and forks and glases, cups and plates i the kitchen. A dish towel. Cotton sheets.

Spacious, close to bus station, excellent communication and accommodative landlord, extensive house manual with photo descriptions as well as tips for getting around.

Panda stay is in a great central location. It's super easy to navigate around the city from there. The beds were the comfiest we slept in all trip. Our host had made our stay easy by providing information and lots of facilities in the house. Lots of local shops to buy groceries.

The location meant that sometimes it was loud from the road or from people in the street early in the morning. The house is surrounded by local car parks so there is some car noise.

Really good facilities, quiet and easy access to buses.

The steep stairs were difficult to negotiate. Outside Signage could be improved. Google got us very close to the property but there was no signage where we were. Possibly a sign on the back of the house could help. Host had to come and get us. Some umbrellas would have been handy too.

Bed was very comfy, pandas everywhere, great location, very walkable to get to most places :) we had a really lovely stay here! Host was really lovely, helped us book a taxi to the station and was very helpful with any questions we had.

Washer dryer didn’t dry very well, but that didn’t effect our stay
