Location

several times, also in the night, entrance door was not opening. Self check-in or access with card was not possible. waited with other guests between 1-2 hours to staff to arrive and open the door. Next day we had the same issue. It continued for entire week and was very tiring, specially when it was cold outside, spoiled timeplans. booked this accommodation multiple times in the pat 19 months. since 8 months ist has month by month went worse. Also hardly the houserules are respected by guests (noice midnight), and no action from staff

it was not allowed to use the kitchen anymore. lot of stains on the wall ( floor and inside the room) unfortunately comfort has decreased
