The location and the view. Also the good working spot.

Even if smoking is not allowed, the whole building smells bad from cheap cigarettes. The ash tray was full when I arrived with an opened beer left in the balcony. I could hardly let myself in as I was not aware of the PIN for the post box. The main entrance door was fixed after 3 days, but they were already aware that it was failing and it was not opening only with a key, not with the card I had. The kitchenette was there, but no pans and we were asked not to cook. The reason I chose the place was to be able to cook for myself. The reason is still not known, and it was not announced on the website at all.

the location is very good, transportation from and to the property is also very good,the view from the Balkon was so beautiful
