"Additional cost for breakfast "

Only problem we had was with breakfast... We booked for 3 people.. When we arrived at buffet.. They say.. Breakfast is only for 2 people... And we had to pay cash again, for breakfast that was alreaady paid for...

"Satisfactory "

The bath stopper wasn't working.. Hence no bubble bath. Lights tripped in our room.. Lucky it was just before our checkout. Housekeepers take too long to clean rooms,to an extent where the rooms are not available even at their crazy check-in time of 3pm. Only got my room at 3:45pm. The next day my room got cleaned after 11am.. An hour after I came back from breakfast. May I suggest that since the system requires for you to sign in at breakfast.. That There should be a signal to the housekeepers of which room is available to clean.

"Good Stay, Good Value for Money"

Overall a good Stay Friendly and accommodating staff Room was great, clean and spacious Staff brought through a cot for our baby and baby sitting services were available. Not Great aspects: Wifi was poor, kept disconnecting and was slow TV was not working most of the time due to an issue with DSTV Luggage assistance had no order, they kept assisting others that came after us - they should work on first come first served basis, not who manages to get their attention first. Spur at the resort was extremely poor quality food.

Poor service delivery VERY LIMITED room service Not given all details or a proper orientation on arrival After check in on going to room, other rooms still being serviced , very disruptive.

"Happy stay"

Had a nice time, my son was only affected because the water waves section was closed. Wifi has WhatsApp calls blocked and will be great to have WhatsApp calls.

"Excellent"

Great place, however we did have a problem with the breakfast. Although we booked a room with free breakfast for 4, the hotel insisted they only do free breakfast for 2. Had a bit of a run around.
