Breakfast was good, overall comfortable.

Nothing to do with Blyth Lodge - Local road closures! The detours/alternative route was long, but at least it was daylight.

"Chediston stay"

Nice location, although the back rds were in need of repair. Bed was comfortable.

My fault for not reading the info, but I missed having a cooked breakfast. Also have the breakfast in our room was unusual and a bit of a squeeze. Could've done with a better fitting blind, as the light just came through the edges. Shower head only had up & down adjustment on the rail, so that was a bit annoying. Quite a bit of flakey paint on the ceiling, I was a decorator, so I notice these things. The host was nice, but gave me the wrong key code number, so wasn't the best of starts. Also felt a bit strange getting emails and txt messages when we were there as well.

Everything about the property was exactly as described, clean and well managed. The 2 mile walk to the shop via footpaths across open farmland is lovely.

"Super comfy and quiet"

The bed was monster big! Loved it. Super handy location for work, really quite, lovely tranquil garden. Breakfast was great, plenty of options (but not hot, except porridge) Chris is a fabulous host.

"My wife and I had a lovely stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay at Blyth Lodge again."

We came for the INK play festival in Halesworth. Blyth Lodge is in a lovely village location which is only 5 minutes drive into the town. The owner Chris and her daughter Amy couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. The Breakfast Menu offered a wide choice.
