El Beso Adults Only At Ocean El Faro - All Inclusive

The food was not eatable and the bartenders were extremely rude

The property was ok. For it to have and adults only side it was like a ghost town after 10pm. Everything closes, nowhere to eat except for one spot. The food was not great. We went to Sakura for dinner and a roach crawled across my plate and they act like it was normal. Not a care in the world. I eve let the front office lnow and they acted as if it was normal too. Our reservations for dinner was never made and we had to damn near beg to be accomadated. Ive been to the D.R. before at another resort and my experience was not like this by far which made me return. Never again will I book at this resort. The excursions werent even the same. Def went downhill.The staff was nice but thats about it. Very disappointed!

The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and modern amenities like free Wi-Fi. The housekeeping staff did a great job each day. What really stood out to me was the service. The front desk staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The breakfast buffet had a good variety, including both local and international options. I stood in El Beso and had a very relaxing vacation. Ocean view was amazing

Loved our stay! The food options were wonderful and the staff was super friendly. The property and pools were laid out in an easily walkable way. Lazy River was definitely a highlight. Rooms were always clean and well stocked with beverages. Huge thank you to Kevin Paulino for helping us with any request we had. He helped make the most of our stay! Would absolutely visit again.

Just got back from a 5 day trip and the food was not great. The staff seemed very bothered too.

El Beso Expedia rep was excellent. He is super customer focused and was very responsive. He checked in with us every morning and took care of anything we needed. The 2 rooms we booked had a leak from behind the shower wall but our Expedia Rep made sure it was repaired within a few hours.

Limited restaurants opens every limited time, foods taste so so, it’s not worth it for the price.

Great vacation

Loved my stay, did not like the trash on site and the seaweed clean up.

Our experience was wonderful. The staff made the experience extra special, Kevin was attentive and took care of us through out our trip. Naomi was a delight at the adults only pool and made sure we always had a cold drink and she kept an eye on us all day every day. We already discussed planning a trip for next year!
